Billy is a developmental paediatrician with 20 years experience working with children in a number of settings. His clinical and research interests include child development and mental health, multidisciplinary collaboration and promoting community engagement to support all families. Billy holds clinical, advocacy and research roles in government and not-for-profit organizations at a national, state and local level. He is currently undertaking a PhD piloting a model to support child emotional and behavioural development in primary schools and is a Churchill Fellow exploring how social media can be used to support parenting. He is also the co-founder of the Pop Culture Parenting podcast which aims to support child development and wellbeing using evidence in a meaningful, fun and realistic way.

Maggie Dent

Commonly known as the ‘queen of common sense’, Maggie Dent has become one of Australia's favourite parenting authors and educators. She has a particular interest in the early years, adolescence and resilience, and is an undisputed 'boy champion'. Maggie is the author of nine major books, including the bestselling Mothering Our Boys and her 2020 release From Boys to Men. She hosts the award-winning ABC podcast, Parental As Anything and in 2021 released a book of the same name. In 2022, Maggie released her first book about girls, Girlhood: Raising our little girls to be healthy, happy and heard.

Paul Mondo

Paul brings over 15 years of experience as an early learning service provider to the role of President. Paul has played a key role in advocating for the interests of members at the Federal and State Government levels for over 6 years. He is dedicated to ensuring that all children have access to high quality, affordable early learning services in Australia. Paul has a long established history in early learning and child care which started through his work in the family business from the age of 13. Since then Paul has built and managed his own services and currently has two services in Victoria. With over 15 years of experience as an early learning service provider, Paul has developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing families in accessing affordable early learning services which has resulted in the desire to take a leadership role in the advocacy space.

Sam Jockel

Sam Jockel started her career as a social worker and first launched into the digital world in 2010 when she started her first Facebook community for parents which grew from nothing to over 170,000 followers and counting. In 2012 she co-founded Social Media Agency Good Funny Smart and established another online community called School Mum which has grown to over 460, 000 followers.  In 2017 she ventured into the tech startup world and launched ParentTV as a video streaming platform personalising parenting advice from the world's leading research-based parenting experts direct to parents via any digital device. After managing online communities with over 650,000 parents Sam became aware of how overwhelming information can be for parents on the internet. It's hard to know what is legitimate evidence-based advice and what is opinion.  ParentTV was born out of this need for a high quality video streaming platform bringing together credible parenting educators from all over the world ensuring research backed advice for parents on demand.
